**This resort has various minimum stay requirements throughout the year.**

The air conditioned one bedroom suite with a beach view offers a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony with a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. It also features a separate living room.
***NOTE:After exceeding 4 guests, an extra person charge of $16.00 per person per night will be collected at check out.
***The resort has an additional service charge of $5.30 per room per night which is tax inclusive and payable upon check out.
