Condo Description
A large, heated pool, poolside Jacuzzi and pool deck gas barbecues, all all located right on the bay, offering the perfect setting for a fun-filled vacation. In addition, you can keep up with your workout routine in the fitness center on site. From this property, you will be just a short walk to the beach, Oceanfront Pier and a multitude of eateries, chain stores and boutiques.
**This property has a seven night minimum stay requirement. For the dates of 12/22/01-4/21/02, the seven night minimum stay must be Saturday to Saturday. **Pets are allowed with a $500 deposit, $250 is non-refundable.**
**Guests arriving after 8 PM will be charged a $30 late check in fee.**

Oversized two bedroom-two bathroom luxury condominium suites with all the comforts of home including private, furnished terraces for viewing of watercraft. Amenities include an open gourmet kitchen with range, double-door refrigerator w/icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, dining table, two cable TV's with VCR, stereo with CD player, central air, and whirlpool spa. The suites are furnished with tasteful, modern decor with a king size bed in the master, 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Self, garaged parking. Private telephone with voice mail.
