All properties are fully furnished and fully equipped offering kitchens with convenience appliances, dishwasher and microwave, full size washer and dryer, all linens and kitchenware. These vacation homes and condominiums are perfect for families, couples or business people traveling together. **Some of the pool homes offer heated pools, there is an additional charge for use of the heat of $25 per day, which is collected on site.** Fully furnished and equipped, these spacious homes are perfect for relaxing after an event-filled day. The full-size kitchen is perfect for preparing a quick and easy TV snack or sumptuous candlelight dinner. Standard amenities include a pool, attached garage, washer and dryer, central air conditioning, color cable TV, private phone, and separate dining area. All housewares and linens, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker are also included. **PLEASE NOTE for stays less than six nights, there is a cleaning fee that is collected at the resort, a three bedroom condo $60 plus 7% tax, a three bedroom house $65 plus 7% tax, a three bedroom pool house $70 plus 7% tax, and a four bedroom pool house is $75 plus 7% tax.***
