Each home is located within 2 to 15 miles of the Walt Disney World Resort entrance, so you're really close to all the exciting attractions that Central Florida has to offer. It is never too early to plan the vacation of a lifetime. **Stays of less than five nights will be charged a $70 cleaning fee, collected at resort.** **Pool heating fee of $60 for the first day and $30 per day there after with a minimum of three days, collected at resort.** ResortQuest Pool Homes offer three levels of accommodations. First, the Bronze level of home is perfect for the budget-minded traveler offering comfortable, pleasant accommodations that provide many of the comforts and conveniences of home. The Silver level home is a slightly higher caliber or accommodations, which are tastefully furnished and feature quality appointments. The Gold level is well-appointed with a designer touch that offers greater attention to detail both in style and amenities. When staying in any of these private homes you will have the advantage of at least two full bathrooms, one or more spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with every possible appliance and utensil necessary including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, and a large dining area. Additionally, each pleasantly furnished vacation home features a cable television, a washer and dryer and a private swimming pool in your own backyard. Easily able to accommodate from two to 12 people, everyone will be able to enjoy their own space and fully relax during your vacation stay. The magic of Orlando awaits you!
