Condo Description

Located on the Central West Coast of Florida, you will be just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico's white sand beaches. Play a set of tennis on one of eleven Har-tru tennis courts, swim in one of six outdoor swimming pools, play golf on one of four top-rated golf courses and dine in one of four restaurants on site. This property offers a great environment for the perfect family vacation. **This property requires a three night minimum stay.** **This resort is a smoke free resort. If this rule is not respected the guest will be charged a $300 fee.** **Stays of less than six nights will be charged a $50 service fee at the time of check in.** You will enjoy a clean, comfortable and enjoyable suite upon your arrival. Each suite is fully equipped and offers the comfort and convenience of air conditioning, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. In addition, you will not need to pack a bulky hair dryer, as one is provided in the unit for you. The living room offers a cable television to start your day with the morning news or to help you unwind at the end of a day of sightseeing. **These units are smoke free. If this rule is not respected, the guest will be charged a $300 cleaning fee.**
